What we do
As specialists in management of spinal disorders, patients are referred to us for evaluation and treatment from all over the World as well as locally. At your initial appointment investigations such as X-ray and MRI scans are carried out to identify the problem and an individual management plot is then developed for each patient – linking into our pain team when necessary.
During your consultation, we will conduct a thorough evaluation and discuss possible treatment options for your problem. We are committed to providing our patients with the very best treatment, through both non-surgical and surgical procedures. We are committed to providing our patients with the very best through both non-surgical and surgical means.
Depending on diagnosis, surgery is not always necessary; we offer physical therapies, spinal injections and the most up to date surgical procedures to bring rapid relief of pain and restore to habitual function. Following treatment, patients hear a comprehensive clinical re-evaluation and further treatment or remedy will be plotted. Correspondence is sent by post or email to both the patient and referring physician. Appointments and treatments are organised by the Spine Unit Co-ordinator and are proud of our greater than 95% success rates in the treatment of back and neck correlated problems.
We pride ourselves on being able to offer the least invasive forms of treatment with quickest recovery times and our key objective is to identify your problem early so that smallest intervention is required to prevent problems progressing to major surgery.
Of course, some patients do require surgery, and we offer the very latest procedures, including major reconstructive surgery, conducted by surgeons at the very top of their field. Our dynamic procedures and solutions include spinal fusion, disc replacement surgery, spinal injections and minimally invasive keyhole surgery.
